About Me

DSC_1118I use skills in mediation, facilitation and principled negation to help people discover creative, problem-solving ideas to overcome the burden of draining, unresolved conflict.

My advanced training from the University of Windsor Law School draws upon the interest-based model developed at Harvard, which looks at each party’s underlying interests for durable solutions.

As a mediator, I place a premium on listening, empathy and integrity to move burdened parties closer to their goals through an objective, non-judgemental process that promotes understanding, and allows each party to move forward in a positive, productive way.

Clients value mediation because it’s quick, affordable, confidential, and offers a broad range of settlement options that help preserve ongoing relationships.
