The quality of being able to think about, accept, or listen to different ideas or people aligns with my personal and professional values.  I believe in free unrestricted access to knowledge and information and collaborative or cooperative management and decision making.

The quality of being truthful and sincere aligns with my personal and professional values.  I believe in truthfulness.

The quality of showing due regard for the feelings, wishes or rights of others through politeness, courtesy and kindness aligns with my personal and professional values. I believe that all people have value and should be treated in an appropriate way.

Strong Ethical/Moral Principals

Behaving according to a recognized/accepted code, doctrine or system of rules/principles  governing what is right and wrong aligns with my personal and professional values.  I conform to high standards of public conduct.
